Surgicalist / general surgeon needed in southern Illinios to join a hospital-based practice consisting of 3 General surgeons.

- Employed position
- Work 1 week out of the month as a Surgicalist - accepting all transfers in and ER calls
- Remaining 3 weeks - working out of the clinic and doing elective cases
- Surgicalist call is 24/7 for the 1 week assigned
- Call is 1:4
- $350K salary base and full benefits
- Subspecialty interest in Colorectal or Advanced Lapro cases would be a plus
- Hospital is opened a new 142-bed facility in January 2013
- This will have an Ambulatory Surgery Center-which can be partially owned by the Surgeons
