I am working with a client in Washington State in need of a General Surgeon on a permanent basis. This is to replace a physician who is relocating. New General Surgeon will be partnering with current physician. Call would be 1:2, however this is a rural area, so trauma calls are not constant. Statistics are available upon request by interested applicants. Clinic hours are 8-4:30, generally 4 days a week with 1 day scheduled for surgery. The employment contract is salary plus WRVU incentive and retention incentive. My client also offers a full benefits package, including medical, dental, visual, and long-term disability insurance, retirement plans and a CME allowance.
