Looking for a general surgeon who wants to practice in southern IL 90 minutes to downtown Saint Louis. The hospital is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to establish a solo practice (cash collections guarantee or hospital employed). If considering outside the established group, ideally hospital would like to build a group of 2. The current call is 1:3. Medical staff is a mixture of D.O. & M.D. The hospital's primary service area consist of over 120,000 lives (and a population of 240,000 in a 30 mile radius). THREE GREAT PRACTICE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM!! Hospital has largest growth in admissions in 2004, 2005 and 2006 in southern IL. Hospitalist program in place. This facility employs a large primary care base. Coverage by 2 MD Anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs. Hospital has 7 ORs.
