North Western Tennessee Hospital is seeking a board certified/eligible general surgeon to either establish their own practice OR join one other in a well-established 5 year old practice. With a general surgeon leaving the community, this is an ideal opportunity to capture an established patient base. The Hospital is offering a competitive recruitment package that would consist of an excellent salary along with overhead expenses for the first year in either a cash collections guarantee scenario or direct hospital employment.
