Thoracic Surgeon - (Surgery - Cardiothoracic) Locum Tenens
Hospital in eastern New Mexico is needing a Cardiovascular/Thoracic surgeon to provide support for their call rotation. This locum tenens assignment begins immediately and will possibly extend for 3 months.

Specializing in surgical procedures that target the heart and the blood vessels of the chest, cardiothoracic surgeons(locum tenens) have one of the most demanding and exacting jobs in medicine. Surgeries performed by these surgeons include insertion of a pacemaker, the bypassing of blocked coronary arteries and treatment of aortic aneurysm. Cardiothoracic surgeons also frequently oversee the administration of anesthesia during open heart surgery.
