The McGuire VA Medical Center,Richmond, Virginia is accepting applications for a full-time board eligible/board certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon. Our program is the only one in the Veterans Affairs healthcare system performing heart transplantation and routinely and very successfully implanting LVADs. Be part of our team with excellent clinical support and great opportunities to do clinical research. Incumbent must have experience and strong interest in heart transplantation and mechanical assist devices. We perform a full spectrum of cardiac surgery and general thoracic surgery.
