VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is representing a well-established and financially sound organization in Northeastern Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a strong BC/BE General Surgeon who can pick up a busy practice left by their long-term and outgoing physician. Benefits of this full-time, permanent position include:
Practice Benefits:
*Hospital is a 58-bed facility with 6 ICU beds and provides many services that most hospitals of that size don't usually offer, including: Primary Care, Hospitalist Program, Women's Health, General Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry and Anesthesia
* Join an extraordinary team of physicians who provide their care based on a foundation of innovation, compassion and service excellence
*Call is 1:3
*Physician will be joining the surgeon in county who has built a great reputation in the short time he has been here. He is a family-oriented provider and would be a great partner
*Previous physician annualized to produce $703,000 in receipts this fiscal year. The one caveat is that a good percentage of his business is cosmetic surgery. However, joining physician will have a good foundation to work from, and there is only 1 other full-time surgeon in the county
*Base salary starts at $350k+ RVU w/ an 18-month guarantee
*Full and comprehensive benefits package including: health, dental, vision, life, disability, professional liability insurance, $5,000 towards CME, PTO, 401(k), licenses/DEA fees, relocation and potential loan repayment
