We are in need of a general surgeon to provide locum coverage in North Carolina, about thirty minutes from Greenville, NC.
Details:
- Established practice with existing surgeon
- Both Inpatient & Outpatient
- Average # of patients/day/providers: 15
- Average # of admissions/day: 12
- Average # of admissions/night: 1-2
- # of Surgical Cases per/month: 40
- BLS Required
- Call Nights & Weekends
- Required to remain on-site while on call
- No backup coverage
- Responsible for all general surgery admissions
- No ICU/Critical Care Procedures
- Not required to serve back-up in ER

Coverage needed (Friday – Monday 7am-7am)
- September 4th - 7th
- September 25th - 28th
- October 9th - 12th
- October 30th - November 2nd
- November 13th - 16th
- November 27th - 30th
- December 11th - 13th
- December 25th - 28th
