Sleep Medicine Physician - (Sleep Medicine) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Sleep Medicine physician needed in Ohio. Schedule is 4-5 days per week (weekdays only) 7:30am - 5pm.
Must be comfortable with Pre & Post Testing visits, sleep reads, 10-15 patients per day and 20 studies per week.
The facility has 4 sleep beds; 4 techs plus wonderful support staff. Meditech EMR used at hospital and dictation. Please contact Staff Care for more information!
Sleep medicine(locum tenens) is a field devoted to diagnosing, studying and treating sleep-related disorders such as narcolepsy, sleep apnea and insomnia. A sleep technologist performs overnight sleep studies, utilizing technology such as a CPAP machine, monitor their patients for the duration of the study, and assess the results. Sleep medicine technicians must be board certified for practice by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

* Fellowship trained in sleep study
