- 4 day work week with NO call
- Primarily an Outpatient practice
- Over 60+ referring physicians

- $215,000 - $225,000 guarantee dependent on experience, $25,000 Sign-on Bonus, $15,000 Relocation allowance, $3,500 CME allowance
