Board Certified Academic Rheumatologist Needed in Myrtle Beach, SC!
Grand Strand Senior Health is looking for a Board Certified Academically oriented Rheumatologist to join a busy Senior Health Center office and also participate as faculty for new IM Residency Program. The academic rheumatologist will also participate as teaching faculty for a newly accredited ACGME IM Residency Program. The program is affiliated with a major university and has a large component of teaching. The academic program will begin in summer/fall of 2015. Looking for highly motivated faculty who enjoy resident education and autonomous practice balance. Ability to mold the academic program with creative education skills.
• The office is located in the middle of high growth areas and there are excellent public schools and outstanding housing options within a 10 minute drive.
• Practice is outpatient only!
• Clinic hours, M-F
• Admissions are handled by hospitalist service
• Practices are limited to geriatrics (55+ yrs old) with appointment time slots commensurate with the need to properly care for geriatric patients.
• Top beach resort area/ lifestyle in area with excellent restaurants, golfing and world class resort amenities
