Kentucky based Regional Medical Center is seeking a Rheumatologist

- This is an employed opportunity
- Work out of a comprehensive 222-bed acute care medical center
- This is a Level 3 trauma center that sees 30,000 ED visits annually.
- They have a robust Hospitalist group that covers inpatient coverage for those physicians who want to focus on 100% outpatient medicine.
- The community currently has one physician who practices one day a month in the community thus causing patients to travel to metropolitan areas to seek rheumatology care.
- The rheumatologist can expect to work a four to five day week in an out-patient setting.
- The physician can expect to build a busy practice quickly and see up to 35 plus patient visits per day.
- Must be Board Certified or Board eligible in Rheumatology for consideration
- This is a two year employed agreement
- Year One: Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions.
- Year Two: Base Salary plus productivity
- There is no cap to potential income
