Join existing 4 physician Internal Medicine - Geriatric practice. All doctors are separately incorporated but share office + staff and have been in the same practice together for several years. The desired candidate is a self-starter seeking the autonomy of private practice. To be successful you will need to make the effort to establish an additional referral base outside of the group, be willing to participate in hospital call and do some Internal Medicine in the first year or two while building the practice. The demand for Rheumatology services is such that we anticipate development of a full Rheumatology practice within 24 months.
The local Tenet Healthcare affiliated hospital will provide financial assistance to get you launched. As of the second year income will be based on production with an overhead share and you can self-incorporate for tax advantages. Must be BE-BC with clean history. AZ license, or in process preferred.
