Oklahoma City suburb needs full time Rheumatologist
Midwest City is just minutes from Tinker Air Force Base, and only seven miles east of Oklahoma City. It is considered part of the state capital?s metro area, offering easy access to Oklahoma City?s entertainment district, shopping and cultural attractions. Rated as one of the top three communities in Oklahoma to raise a family by Business Week Magazine. It offers affordable housing, excellent schools, community events, parks and recreational activities. A $25 million expansion project is to be completed this year, adding two floors and 102 beds to the medical center. The hospital was the first in the metro area to acquire a daVinci Surgical System, and consists of a 24 hour emergency department, cardiac cath lab, same day surgery and ambulatory care, wound care clinic, stand-alone birthing center, sleep lab, and outpatient physical therapy! Will join hospital owned group practice as first full time Rheumatologist.
Busy practice should develop quickly with full hospital and medical staff support.
Financial package will include three year contract, with first year being guaranteed salary, second/third years will be WRVU based income.
