Job Description

Last Update: 8/04/16
Full time RHEUMATOLOGY need (JO-1308-6967) for thriving TN clinic. Busy practice is run by two partners, both of whom have been here for years and are very well respected. One will probably work another three to five years, and the second maybe another seven to ten. We have an immediate opening which can turn into an equity position and eventual ownershp of the entire practice! There is a reasonable buy in for partnership.

This is a goldmine practice. Current providers see 25-30 patients a day, not the 12-15 that many RHEUMS see. Practice gets referrals from many nearby counties, plus several nearby states because their local providers are backup for months for appointments. Practice has its own x-ray, ultra-sound, infusion suites and lab, and is involved in research thru a satellite company. Doctors see patients Monday-Thursday and Friday is their catch up day, for research, administrative duties, catch up with records, etc. It’s a great work-life balance.

Location is a mid-sized city an hour from Memphis and about two hours to Nashville. Low cost of living --- No State Income Tax! Placid lakes, waterfalls, quiet woodland trails and spectacular mountain vistas. It is a place to relax and reflect, to become acquainted with the real Tennessee. Antiques, arts and crafts, festivals, golf, historic sites, shopping, symphony, theater, houseboating, whitewater rafting, hunting and fishing ...there is something for everyone in the scenic center of the state. Come join our welcoming community, where natural beauty, Tennessee heritage and genuine Southern hospitality await.
