Rheumatologist needed in Northern California, full time, call Staff Care for more information.
Dedicated to the study and treatment of conditions that affect bones, muscles and joints, a rheumatologist(locum tenens) is a physician who diagnoses and treats a wide variety of diseases including arthritis and osteoporosis. They utilize laboratory tests, x-rays and other technology to assess ailments of the rheumatic system. Treatments recommended by rheumatologists include steroids and physical therapy.
