RHEUMATOLOGY - employed with northeast KS regional hospital.

Client/hospital covering a patient base of over 100,000 seeks a BE/BC RHEUM ENDOCRINOLOGIST to augment their current staff.
The new associate will be doing 100% RHEUM and will join an eight member IM clinic in a lovely setting near the hospital.
Would be integrated into the primary care practice that would be hospital owned.
Right now we have only a visiting Rheumatologist from nearly an hour away who comes to see patients here twice a week.
Our feedback from our doctors say they want someone else to refer to now and for the future. The position is hospital employed with a first year salary guarantee, and later compensation is RVU based. An excellent benefit package is included. New associate will be BE/BC, have an excellent training and malpractice record, and be able to communicate well with patients and peers. Will be busy from day one here and have an excellent financial outlook as there is no competition for rheumatology here. This Area is very ethnically diverse, affluent and open-minded, due to a large college in town. International medical graduates are very well received in the community, but they are not sponsoring visa candidates. Our area offers little traffic, low commute times and very affordable cost of living and real estate. And outstanding educational opportunities. Plus the Kansas City metro area is within 30 minutes for spousal careers, entertainment, pro sports, etc.
