EmCare is seeking a Chief of Radiology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. As one of the largest, most comprehensive and most highly respected providers of health-related services to the people of the Northwest Baltimore region, LifeBridge Health advocates preventive
services, wellness and fitness services and programs to educate and support the communities it serves.
Job Description/ Radiology Services:
Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects of the Radiology Department.
Serve as an advisor to the hospital’s quality improvement program as it relates to the Radiology Department.
Responsible for evaluating the performance of the Radiology Department physicians.
The Chief may be called upon to conduct application, evaluations, applicant interviews and applicant tours.
Must be comfortable interpreting other modalities as well as perform minor interventional procedures.
Volume is typically 70-100 studies per weekday and 100-150 studies per weekend day.
Chief of Radiology will join a three physician practice and participate in call every fourth weekend, 8am–5pm
