Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Outpatient imaging center in Phoenix need coverage the week of March 24th to March 28th. All diagnostic modalities except mammography. An average daily volume will be 120 studies per day consisting of 80 plain film, 30 ultrasound, and 10 cat scans.
Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
