Private practice of 60 radiologists is growing. B/C, fellowship trained Breast/Women’s Imager. Expect 50% Women’s Imaging with the balance in Body/general. Ideal candidate would be recently out of training. The position is with the Springfield Division and is a 13 member group of multi-specialty radiologists that service two hospitals, an outpatient Women’s Imaging center associated with the hospital and several private physician’s offices. Must be able to perform all breast imaging procedures, breast MR. Call will be 1:5 or 1:6 for weekends, and they now handle their own overnight call so new hire will have to work two weeks a year from 9 pm to 7 am. and receive additional compensation for these weeks worked. Salary offered is 300k+ depending on background/experience. Three years to partnership. All benefits including 10 weeks’ vacation. The hospital has state of the art equipment and has a radiology residency through the school of medicine – teaching is available if desired.
