Large hospital based practice in Detroit is actively recruiting additional MI licensed Rads to join their team! State of the art facilities with a team of academic, board certified radiologists providing sub specialty readings in all areas of Radiology. The teaching hospital system consists of medical students & residents. Hospital based practice with academic affiliation. All candidates must be comfortable doing 12,000 RVUs if not on a teaching post and 8,500 if teaching (must be able to read over 110 studies/day in a mix bag of modalities). Diagnostic Radiologist with Neuro – 153 bed hospital. Currently there are 6 other Rads in the dept. Diagnostic Radiologist with Neuro skills or CAQ Neurorad with skills in US CT and plain films (mammo would be a plus). Teaching is available but not required. There are two shifts 9-6pm and 6p-11pm. Working the 2nd shift is shared 1:8. The weekends are covered with one rad working 7a-3pm and one rad working 3p-11p once a month.
Academic MR/MSK rad 500+ bed hospital. Currently there are 12 other rads in the dept. going to 14. Academic MR/MSK rad. Teaching is required.
Chest Rad – 500+ bed hospital. Currently there are 12 other rads in the dept. going to 14. Chest Radiology fellowship trained and proficient in Cardiac, CTA and ideally Cardiac MR. Teaching is required. Spend 50% of your time in your subspecialty. Share 1:4 cross sectional call.
Additional needs – 400+ bed hospital. Currently there are 6 FTE and 2 PTE looking for 3 more FTE. Ideal candidates are fellowship trained in either Neuroradiology, MRI, Breast Imaging, Cross Sectional, Body Imaging but must function as a full service Rad.
Will consider non-fellowship trained. Work up to 40% in your subspecialty (Breast Imagers will work 2 of 5 days in Breast). There are two shifts 9-6pm and 6p-11pm. Working the 2nd shift is shared 1:8. The weekends are covered with 3 rads splitting 7a-3pm and 3p-11pm which translates to 1:3/1:4.
All positions offer Shareholder eligibility and receive 300k salary, 5 weeks time off to start. Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, malpractice insurance, pension plan, free on campus parking. Once you become a shareholder a self funded 401k plan is available.
