VISTA Search and Consulting is recruiting for a physician owned and operated, hospital-based Radiology practice. We are currently recruiting a Diagnostic Radiologist for a hospital located 50 minutes from Tampa, Florida! Some benefits for this full-time, permanent opportunity include:
Practice Benefits:
-Mission is to deliver the highest level of patient care all while decreasing turn-around-times, decreasing or often eliminating radiology subsidies, maximizing efficiencies through the use of market leading PACS and VR technology and enhancing the overall patient and medical staff experience
-Employee-based model
- Required to read 24,000 mixed modality cases per year. Practice is heavy on cross
-8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with Q4 call rotation
-Vacation: Year one: 8 weeks; Year two: 10 weeks; Year three: 12 weeks
-Full and comprehensive benefits package including 100% malpractice insurance and 50% of physician's health insurance costs. 401K with a contribution from the practice
