Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
Client south of the Indianapolis, IN area is in need of locums coverage starting as soon as possible. The client will need ongoing locums coverage for the for seeable months until a permanent solution is identified. The client is open to splitting up the coverage with multiple providers as needed. This is a team working environment with three worksite locations- Hospital, breast center (on the hospital campus) and an outpatient imaging center. The radiologist must be able to read all diagnostic modalities, be MQSA Certified for mammography, and some light interventional work. All three locations including nights and weekends does just over 101,000 studies per year. The group reads off a shared work list between all 3 locations. The breakdown of work per day is 50% plain film, 18% cat scan, 11% ultrasound, 6% MR, 12 % mammography, and 3% nuclear medicine. The requested IR procedures consist of GI exams, arthograms, drainages, biopsies, and myelograms. The client may have some
