Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
Small Hospital in Wyoming is in need of locum's coverage for February 1st through 5th and February 8th through 12th. The locums must be MQSA certified with experience with Digital Breast Tomosynthesis or willing to get certified, and be able to handle diagnostic mammographic studies with breast US and needle localizations if required. The radiologist must also be able to perform sentinel node injections in breast cancer patients, perform arthrograms of all joints (shoulder, wrist, and hip) and, complete myelograms with CT myelography, as well as diagnostic lumbar punctures in special instances. The radiologist must also be able to insert PICC lines. Paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures are required but are infrequent. This site has state of the art equipment with a 320 slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla magnet, and a Hologic Digital Breast Tomosynthesis machine. No night or weekend call.

The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data.
