Established group seeks another full service Radiologist due to increase in business. Ideal candidate is fellowship trained (but will consider non fellowship) and proficient in all general modalities - mammo, stereotactic breast biopsies, MR (MSK and Neuro), PET, Xray, CT, US, MSK, nuclear med, light interventional such as thoras, para, lumbar punctures, arthrograms, CT and US guided biopsies and drainages (must be willing to do needle work – if weak on procedures, they will help train).
The group consists of 3 Radiologists and an RPA who does most of the fluoro and some light interventional. New Siemens 3T, Skyra MRI, Toshiba 160 Channel CT. Work at one facility – 172 bed, Level 3 Trauma hospital. Average volume is between 90 and 120 cross sectional scans per day plus procedures per rad. Nighthawk coverage is from 7pm – 8am. Weekend call is shared equally 1:4 at the hospital. Receive 300k salary first year, 8 weeks off, full benefits including health for physician and spouse, malpractice 5m/5m, State and DEA licensure, CME, relocation. Partnership after 1st year. The community is a rural setting on the southern Oregon coast so if you like outdoor activities, surfing, fishing, hiking, boating, walks on the beach, whale watching, biking and more!
