Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

An outpatient imaging center in New Jersey is in need of coverage for 3 days per week starting in January ongoing. The days are flexible working from 8 AM to 5 PM. No call, No Weekends.
General Radiologist who is MQSA certified and proficient reading mammography. Will read approximately 15-20 screening mammograms per day and other modalities in between such as cat scan and ultrasound. The PACS is GE and the voice recognition is Powerscribe.

Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
