Excellent opportunity to join a long standing independent private practice of 16 that has been servicing the area for over 30 years. The practice covers 5 hospitals as well as a hospital owned imaging center. The main hospital is a 450 bed Trauma 1 center and boasts 4 residency programs. Though they cover multiple hospitals you will work out of the main facility. This is an exclusive provider throughout the system. Within the next 12 months a completely new medical center is opening up in which there will be a large radiology footprint. Two top of the line CT scanners as well as a full Women’s Imaging Center of Excellent, 2 MRI scanners (3.0 and 1.5T).
General Radiologist - proficient in all modalities - but will consider non fellowship - (full service Rad). Work a 4.5 day work week. General swing shift is shared equally and is 5 weeks a year – you work Monday – Thursday from 3pm to 11pm (32 hour week). Weekends are also 7 times/year (there are two on each weekend) 1 primary and 1 back up for overflow. Nighthawk takes over at 11pm. 300-325k starting salary depending on exp., 8 weeks off first year 10 weeks thereafter. Partnership after 1-2 year depending on exp. Comprehensive benefit package that is designed to put in as much pretaxed $’s possible. Benefits include family health plus an additional $6,500 uninsured medical benefit package to cover deductibles, etc., 11k CME first year 15k thereafter, max. contributions into 401k plan and more! Located an hour and a half from Pittsburgh, 3 hours to DC and 4 hours to Philly.
