Jackson & Coker is in need of a radiologist for on-going locums coverage in the bay area. This is a hospital based setting with 9 hour shifts 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The hospital anticipates needing coverage for 1-3 months until they hire a new provider. No weekday call and weekend call is shared at 1:5.Clinic Shift Hours: 8 am – 5pm. No weekday call. 9 hour shifts, including 1 hour for a combination of lunch/breaksWeekend: Diagnostic work, shared between 5 Radiologists. Weekend hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Could potentially work out a 4 days on, 3 off schedule or a 7 days on and 7 days off schedule.Details/Requirements:BC/BE RadiologistMUST have an Active CA Medical LicenseHospital Based PracticeStrong Diagnostic Skillset – This is a Level II Trauma CenterDiverse patient population with a wide array of disease presentationsCover diagnostic weekend call as scheduled (currently 1:5 call) respond to backup pager diagnostic issues within 15 minutesDiagnostic Modalities include: CT (neuro, body, CTA, MSK), Ultrasound (Body, OB), MRI (Neuro, Body, MSK), Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Minimal Pediatric Imaging – Plain Films, Trauma StudiesWomen’s Imaging – Proficient in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast sonography, needle localization procedures, breast biopsyProcedures: Percutaneous Biopsies, Drainages (preferred), General Fluoroscopy procedures (lumbar punctures, upper GI, Barium Enemas), Thoracentesis, ParacentesisIf you have any interest or availability for this position, please contact Marilyn Judd at Jackson & Coker directly at [Register to View]
