Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Outpatient imaging centers in central California are looking for a diagnostic neuro radiologist, preferably CAQ'ed to read all modalities including MRI, CT, US, mammography and plain film. The daily volume is 100 reads on average. 90 -120 for the Merced location 12 MRI, 10 CT, 20 - 30 US, 15 mammo. Around 75 -90 studies per day in Modesto lighter CT, heavier US, heavier mammo, more PF. Candidates need to be comfortable with general studies and must be MQSA certified. The radiologists cover two imaging centers, one in Modesto which is hospital owned, and one in Merced which is owned by our doctors. We need one doctor at each site from 9:30 am to 5 or 5:30 pm daily, Monday though Friday. There is no call. The sites are looking for 2 weeks of coverage per month. M-modal voice recognition in Modesto. We do not use voice recognition but still have real live transcriptionists. The sites use RAMsoft RIS PACS in Merced and Merge Fusion RIS & RAMsoft PACS in Modesto. Computer savvy.
