Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 08/24/2015Available Shifts: Day Shift
A hospital practice in Southwest GA is looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist with ongoing availability. The breakdown would consist of approximately 65-75 plain film, 8-10 MRI, 20-30 CT and 4-6 US. The hours are M-F 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
