Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Hospital practice in southern Virginia is looking for diagnostic radiologists with ongoing availability to help with vacation weeks and long weekends. This client prefers Mondays, or Friday and Mondays, or Monday/Tuesdays, but will not accept the candidate if they can only do Fridays. Solo practice, daily volume consists of around 100 studies per day. The breakdown by modality is 50 plain film, 10-20 cat scan, 10 ultrasound, 6-10 MRI, and 15 mammograms. The radiologist will perform procedures such as Fluoro cases, arthograms, upper GI, needle localizations, and barium swallows. The hours are 8 am to 5 pm daily. The PACS and voice recognition is Care Stream. Candidates must be MQSA and Board Certified. Daily offered Rate is $1300, client prefers to not cover any travel or lodging expenses.
