- 100% adult practice
- In private practice you will be rewarded for the time and effort you put in
- Guaranteed base salary for two years commensurate with experience plus full benefits, signing bonus and relocation allowance
- Eligible for partnership after two years - ancillary income in addition to top earning potential simply from your practice
