Preferred Vascular Group is seeking an interventional radiologist who is in a transition in their career and wants to get away from being on call and working nights and weekends. This practice provides an outpatient Monday-Friday work week with some days allowing you to be home before 4pm. The practice offers ownership potential as well as compensation equal to or better than private practice. Comprehensive benefits along with 6 weeks of vacation are offered as well.
Macon, Georgia lies near the geographic center of the state, approximately 85 miles south of Atlanta, hence the city's nickname "the Heart of Georgia." Settled near the fall line of the Ocmulgee River, Macon is the county seat of Bibb County and had a 2014 estimated population of 153,691. The city has several institutions of higher education, as well as numerous museums and tourism sites. The area is served by the Middle Georgia Regional Airport and the Herbert Smart Downtown Airport. Macon houses the Southeast's largest collection of African-American art, history, and culture. Macon has over 300,000 Yoshino Cherry Blossom trees, and when they are in full bloom, it’s magical.
