Private practice of 12 seeks two additional IR’s. Candidate must be CT licensed and available to start between now and the end of the year. Currently there are 2 full time, 2 part time IRs and 3 IR nurses. You can expect 50% IR and balance in general diagnostic work (mammo is available but not required). The practice covers two hospitals and 3 outpatient imaging centers and performs 180,000 exams and 2,000 IR procedures annually. 1:2 weekend IR call (2 IRs are on call each weekend – 1 at each hospital). Receive 300k salary first year, 325k year two, 6 weeks vacation/cme, full benefits including family health, pension plan, malpractice insurance. Partnership with no buy in after 2nd year earning in the 400’s and enjoy 10 weeks time off.
