Some highlights of your practice will include:

Outpatient pulmonary consult and sleep medicine practice, working with a team of 4 board certified Pulmonologists and 2 nurse practitioners
Full-time position, 36-40 hours per week with shared call
No critical care or inpatient management
Guaranteed salary for the first year. Conversion to a $/wRVU based salary, plus incentive program in year 2 and beyond
Base compensation: $325,000. Performance Incentive Bonus: up to 16% of base. Sign-on Bonus: $40,000. Retention Bonus: $60,000. Relocation: $12,500
Full benefits including CME, health, dental, vision, and retirement
