Little Rock Metro multispecialty department of five pulmonologists has business that would easily support 6-7 pulmonary physicians, which offers a unique opportunity. In addition to our competitive financial package we provide leadership and support to all physicians at our facility so that the physicians only concern is patient care and not claims, finances, personnel, legal compliance or technology. As part of our benefits we provide insurance such as malpractice liability, general liability, disability with own occupation definition, BCBS health insurance, and life insurance. We have had extraordinary success recently recruiting new physician talent. This success has allowed us to grow to 36 total providers 30 of which are physicians. We have also added CT, MRI, infusion therapy, PT and numerous lab tests to our comprehensive CLIA certified laboratory. Six years ago we brought in new management to grow the group via new physicians, technology and ancillary services. We have made changes and added services that have directly benefited all physicians and some directly benefiting the pulmonary section such as our new CT as well as a direct support staff overhead allocation. We is 100% physician owned and managed. The physicians also own the equipment and facilities, which are currently undergoing major renovation and expansion to meet our recent growth. Day to day operations are managed for the physicians via extraordinary management staff. Every physician has total control of his or her schedule and practice. All of our physicians perform at the highest of benchmarks financially. The ancillary services provide us with a unique opportunity to exceed most common practices whether single or multi-specialty.
