Join 3 physician busy practice in Eastern CT. Responsibilities include providing pulmonary consultation and oversight to two community hospitals in the area. One of the hospitals is currently building a state of the art ICU with completion expected in July 2009. The ICU will be have a 27-bed critical care unit equipped to care for CC and step down patients. In addition there will be a 14-bed special care unit adjacent to the ICU. The second Hospital's ICU is a beautiful 9-bed unit. Hospital's were the recipients of the HealthGrades 2009 Pulmonary Care Excellence Award. Both ranked in top 5% and 10% in the nation for overall pulmonary services.
The practice recently acquired a thriving allergy practice, has a FT respiratory therapist, conducting ECHO and PFT. This group is 50% hospital and 50% office consultative practice. The practice will also open a 2-bed sleep lab in their office in the summer of 2009. Excellent long term potential. 2 year partnership track.
