Opportunity:
We are recruiting a Psychiatrist for a 100% inpatient psychiatric position. This behavioral health program is dedicated to treating all aspects of mental health while treating patients 15 shifts per month.
Duties include:
- perform evaluations, including H&P’s, and orders at the time of admission
- provide emergency room analysis for triage, admission or discharge
- oversee and participate in daily rounds
- manage communication among doctors plus medical team, patient and their family
- coordinate care with/among Specialists
- analyze and approve any medical or surgical admissions
- provide pre & post op evaluations
- provide consultations
- collaborate with Case Managers
- provide discharge summaries and referrals
- schedule patient follow-up
- other inpatient duties as necessary
Compensation & Location:
Practice is offering a salary of $200,000+ and full benefits including CME days and allowance, professional fees and much more.
