General Psychiatrist Sought
Full time adult psychiatrist available for the right physician. Schedule is as follows: Three full days outpatient service, One day for Acute services- Diversion and Acute Stabilization/Acute partial, One day consult with ICM Team and see consumers of the team, (No on-call except to cover other full time MD who takes calls, this would be a minimum number per year)
We are a Community Mental Health setting need is for traditional medication checks; psychiatric evaluations; treatment team meetings for consultation and education. We are serving about 2,000 individuals through our clinic. Our hours are M-F. There is no on call or hospital rounds. We are open 1-2 evenings a week until about 6:30. The population we serve is primarily Medicaid. We currently have two CRNPs; 2 MD one at 30 hours and one at 12 hours in the clinic each week. We use electronic medical record, Psych Consult, and the doctors are using Dragon voice recognition for their notes. We offer a full range of services including IOP; Clozaril clinic; injection clinic, service coordination; residential; rehab services.
