The Amarillo VA Healthcare System is looking for a Staff Psychiatrist for our Lubbock Community Out-patient Clinic (CBOC) in Lubbock, TX. The Lubbock CBOC is an out-patient facility only. Normal duty hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Occasional late evening until 6:30 and Saturday clinic 8:00am-12:00pm with offset time to make up for the extended hours coverage. See 8-10 patients daily. 30 minute appointments for follow-ups, 60 minutes for new. A Nurse covers walk-ins and screens all calls. No on-call is required.
A current, unrestricted license from ANY US state allows you to practice in any VA facility, anywhere.
