Psychiatrist (Associate Medical Director) Boston's South Shore
Adult Psychiatrist needed to join an expanding Psychiatric Hospital located just minutes from Boston and Cape Cod on its scenic South Shore. This salaried position provides opportunities for both inpatient and partial hospital care. Duties include admission evaluations, treatment team leadership and daily care of patients in inpatient and/or partial settings working closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, psychologists, therapists, case managers, and Rehab staff.
The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Eligible in Adult Psychiatry, demonstrate excellent clinical leadership skills, a commitment to effective and efficient care of patients, positive customer and team satisfaction and the ability to work and lead collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
This full or part-time opportunity does not require on-call coverage nights, weekends or holidays. The opportunity does exist to cover call for those wishing to add to their compensation package. The position comes with a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package with ample opportunities to earn additional compensation.
