Lehigh Valley Health Network, a premier health system in eastern Pennsylvania, is seeking BC/BE psychiatrists for available positions. We are offering attractive compensation, top-tier benefits and eligibility for an academic appointment at the University of South Florida. Positions include:
• Consultation/Liaison Psychiatry – Join a collegial team of six, consult on hospitalized patients and also see patients in the office.
• Neuropsychiatry – Work with colleagues in our established neurosciences division and also manage patients on our inpatient unit.
• Geropsychiatry – Experience or added qualifications in geropsychiatry is a plus but not required.
• ER/Inpatient Psychiatry – Be responsible for psychiatric emergency evaluations and crisis stabilization and provide coverage on our inpatient unit.
The Department of Psychiatry comprises over 20 employed psychiatrists who are supported by more than 120 mental health professionals. We have the largest behavioral health program in the region with a full continuum of care including a 52-bed adult inpatient unit located on one campus, partial hospitalization programs, outpatient programs and interdisciplinary teams that are well integrated with primary and specialty care.
