Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR is expanding its Psychiatry Department from only telemedicine to an employed opportunity for a physician to do both IP and OP.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• Dedicated Geri/Psych Unit with 25 beds
• Anticipate an average of 15-19 patient count
• Some telemedicine (1 or 2 days a week) can be accommodated but need someone in-house.
• Electronic Medical Records

ABOUT THE FACILITY
• Baxter Regional Medical Center (BRMC), located in Mountain Home, Arkansas, serves patients from a two-state, 14-county area throughout north-central Arkansas and south-central Missouri.
• Opened in 1963 as Baxter General Hospital, the acute-care hospital began with 39 beds and four physicians on staff. Today, the facility is a 268 all-private bed facility with more than 100 physicians on staff. The hospital encompasses 500,000 square feet of space and is the largest employer in Baxter County with over 1,400 employees and over 600 volunteers.
