Job Description:
This clinic used to be part of McClellan Air Force Base which was shut down and the V.A. and Sacramento County took it over. Adult outpatient only. No call. Hours: 8:00-4:30, M-F. Average 12 patients per day, primarily medication management. In addition to med management and initial assessments, duties include participation in team meetings, treatment planning, working as a member of the Mental Health Team, participate as scheduled for emergency medication checks, and maintain updated and current paperwork requirements for all clinic appointments. This would include medication check encounters, treatment plans, etc. Candidates must be computer literate as Client has a computerized medical record. Any active unrestricted state license will do.
