Here is a great Locums Psychiatry Position in Michigan. Psychiatrist needed for- Inpatient voluntary and involuntary 14 bed locked unit. 7 years Experience in inpatient or BC in Psych required. Responds to ER during the day. 1:7 ratio The Inpatient Mental Health Program Center provides acute stabilization. Patients receive a psychiatric evaluation including a full evaluation of their medications, and multidisciplinary assessments of their needs. Need is for 2-3 months ongoing. Support staff includes a unit clerk for 2 shifts (days and afternoons). 2 full time MSWs, some part time MSWs, therapists, nurses, and a unit manager. 85% adult, 15% geriatric - 100% inpatient. Credentialing time frame averages at 2 weeks.
