Facility: SJM- St. Josephs Medical Center
Estimated Start Date: ASAP- pending creds (90 days max to cred)
End Date: commit to 3 months- ongoing until full time provider hired
Schedule: Full time – must be available to work 40 hrs ( they will look at a part time)
Requirements: BC, WA license (they will not wait)
Scope of cases: 24 inpatient bed facility. Current need is backfill seeing 22 ppd. Admits/discharges 3-4 per day. Types of cases: general psych- major depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder,
EMR- EPIC
Pay: $120
