Permanent Placement Psychiatry Opportunity to join a fast-growing physician group - 1 hour north of Tampa, FL (Brooksville, FL)
BC-Psychiatry
Outpatient Psychiatric Services including evaluations and medication management.
Support Staff: 1 part time psychiatrist, 5 therapists, and 1 Nurse Practitioner
TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)- approved treatment for resistant depression, anxiety disorders, addictions, fibromyalgia, etc.
Counseling Therapists
Group Therapy
Alcohol & Drug Detox
Chronic Disease Management
Hypnotherapy
Neuropsychiatric Assessment
Monday-Friday 8a-5p (last patient is scheduled at 4:30P)
Nearly 100% scheduled appointments
Seeing about 20-25 patients/day
New patients are 30 minutes, whereas follow ups are 15 minutes.
Good Patient Flow to minimize physician burnout
Utilizes a Point of Care Initiative to provide outcome-measured psychiatry.
80-90% referral method of treatment to other forms of treatment designed to remove the burden of care from the psychiatrist and focus on the cohesive unit for overall treatment of patient.
