Practice with the largest health care system in Texas and help provide the best care for their patients. This west Texas community is in the heart of the oil and gas country, rich in Texas heritage and Texas culture: friendly, family-oriented, and fun-loving. An adult psychiatrist is needed for an employed position treating an adult and geriatric patient base, and will be paid a significant salary for the effort.

You'll do rounding on 18 to 23 patients daily, you'll process new evaluations and discharges, and qualify patients for intensive outpatient group therapy. You'll attend senior leadership meetings and various committee meetings. You'll also champion services in-house and with the area medical community. There will be minimal call.

You'll have the potential of earning $300K easily with salary and bonuses. You'll receive a sign-on, attractive benefits package, student loan repayment, paid malpractice coverage, ample PTO, and relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

You will need to be board certified or board eligible working to become board certified.
