My client is actively seeking experienced Psychiatrists interested in working and living in southern New York, right along the Pennsylvania border. The ideal candidate would be comfortable providing direct patient treatment services as well as supervising non-physician clinical staff which includes: Clinical Social Workers and Nurse Practitioners working with their respective plans of care for clients. You will also participate in case review of medical records relative to mental health treatment, reviews protocols that define the boundaries of practice, provides consultations, and other serviced as required. This will be an employed position offering a salary commensurate with experience which will include a 2 year salary guarantee. The benefits package will include but is not limited to: 32 days of PTO per calendar year, CME stipend, malpractice insurance with tail, and relocation reimbursement. this community offers an abundance of recreation and leisure activities in this four season climate, which includes minor league ice hockey and baseball, a symphony orchestra, an opera company and close proximity to New York State wineries, lakes, parks and trails.
