Psychiatrists opportunities in Lexington Kentucky!

Adult Psychiatry opportunity in Lexington, KY. Adult inpatient with academic appointment at University of Kentucky.Candidate would be assigned to a unit of up to 28 patients, will have a physician extender to carry ½ the caseload (either a PA or an APRN). Hours would be M-F dayshift. Second on call coverage usually just involves receiving phone calls and being available for consult via phone. Residents are used to cover admissions and have an abundance of these at this time. Second on call occurs about once every 5 or 6 weekends and once every 6 weekdays. Salary competitive with excellent benefits.
